I am frequently asked, “How does such a small team get so much done?” Normally this is a question that comes from our clients and seasoned business executives.
They are fascinated that five people teams can operate up to 20 company shells many times across multiple international boundaries.
First: a shell company is normally a business unit. It is a corporate persona (website, marketing presence and such) but normally does business completely under a single incorporated entity. Nothing illegal here. It is more a psychological division of things than a tangible one.
An example of this is our websites. We have websites for our Intelligence company, our mind-control courses and services, our outsourcing operations and our “hot sales lead generation” activities. Anything that is sold under any of these sites or their associated physical operations, is sold under Padma Gonpo, Inc.’s company entity and is ran through our corporation’s bank.
But the take-away here is, “Divide and conquer.” By keeping related business activities in their own containers, we can easily define business processes and products. These definitions are quickly translated into roles and specific resource needs.
Since our projects have variable lengths, we try and keep our specialized personnel (Dark Lords, Mind Slayers, Intelligence Analysts and Intelligence Researchers) to a minimum. That does not change the fact that we have just as much paperwork, research, technical demands and all of that as any other business out there. In fact, we have tons more work to do because of our required security layers and the fact that most of what we do is covert – unseen.
This demands that an intelligence organization utilize outsourced talent whenever possible – to keep costs low while providing the most flexible company structure possible.
